fun with tomatoes

Who could have known that tomatoes could be so fun? well, I am sure glad that Alexis found that out. He stuck a tomato in his mouth, a cherry tomato, and then pushed out with his tongue and laughed about it. I tried not to laugh but after few times of seeing him do this in creative ways I laughed, except for the part where he is trying to feed this same tomatoes to me, but then he figured that squeezing them will be more fun. So he grabbed a bunch and started squeezing them one by one, I could see the juicy stuff going up and then falling in the floor or the table. He was cracking up at this point and the worst part is that I permitted this! It was truly hilarious specially seeing his face as he was doing it and then the reaction afterward... priceless. Also I figured it was a good way to let him learn about cause-effect! what a creative way to do it and to enjoy our dinner, by the way, he never wanted to try tomatoes before but now he loves to at least put them in his mouth!
