Don't go...
We went walking to Jewel which is pretty close to our house, it was a really hot day outside but we went early so that we could enjoy the day a little better and not die of dehydration. On our way back, after like 1 1/2 hours, we saw some pretty birds flying around and walking in the grass. Alexis, of course, saw them too so he decided to enter to the park that is like right in front of our building. We went with him even though we were tired and sweating like crazy, Charlotte was not happy. That park is part of a Methodist Korean church and it also has a big backyard that is obviously fenced. I sat down and then I turned around to see Alexis, it was the funniest thing I ever seen, he was chasing the little birds, he will go from one to another and as he was like right about to touch them, they will fly away; leaving my son with a disappointing look in his eyes but then he will go to the next one and so forth. After like about 20 minutes of non stop running, it was time for him to go home, he was tired, thirsty, hot, and defeated. I told him he did great and that birds are one of those things that are hard to catch and that he did great, I think he got in better moods but once we entered our nice cool apartment he really got happy and started to eat anything that was in his way and drink lots and lots of liquid. Charlotte was happy about this too. After we came inside, Alexis kept looking out the window to see the birds fly away.
