Egg hunt

Because in my culture/religion, we don't celebrate Easter. Culture: in my country they don't do the egg hunt but they talk about the resurrection. Religion: I am Mormon and in Venezuela the catholics celebrate the resurrection with a type of march and carrying around a life size cross and Christ, therefore; we only remember why Christ die, and what happened in those moments. Since I don't know how to paint eggs and my mother in law was coming to town, we decided to wait for her and do it with her! it was really fun, Alexis loved to put the eggs in the paint and didn't really know what to do once they were hidden but we came up with the idea to use a flashlight and ask: "Donde esta?" (Where is it?). Then he knew we were looking for something because that is the method that Cameron and him use to try to find lost cars around the house. At the last two eggs, he was really happy to find it, he smiled and clapped like he usually does once he does something good! Anyway, it was really a fun day for him until the night came and Cameron and I went out on our date, he cried for 5 minutes after we left and finally felt asleep in the floor! poor little guy... I guess he wasn't used to his grandma but I know one day he will be able to recognize her and get more familiar with her... I least I hope so but for that we need to get more visits and visit more often!
